Hangzhou, China – May 30, 2025 — Following our participation at R+T Asia 2025 with door operator motor solutions, a European door operator manufacturer visited TorqueBank’s facility in Hangzhou to review our door motor manufacturing capabilities and product platforms. The visit followed initial discussions at the exhibition and focused on practical evaluation rather than presentation alone.
During the factory visit, the customer reviewed our production lines, quality control process, and several door operator motor solutions for different applications, including light-duty doors, high-speed doors, sliding gates, and industrial doors. Specialized motor options for worm-shaft and barrier gate systems were also discussed.
Beyond the on-site review, both sides discussed product consistency, application-specific motor selection, and long-term supply expectations for European door operator projects.
The team then reviewed our broader manufacturing background, including over 20 years of motor production experience, over 100 independent intellectual property rights, and annual production capacity of over 7 million motors. These factors formed part of the customer’s evaluation of long-term supply capability and product consistency.
The visit concluded with the signing of a procurement contract, marking the start of new cooperation between TorqueBank and the European manufacturer. For us, the value of the visit was not only the order itself, but also the opportunity to align technical requirements, production expectations, and future door operator motor projects face to face.
